We try hard... but hey, we all make mistakes right.  We want you to love our headwear as much as we do.  So if we've sent you a wrong or damaged item please contact us immediately through e-mail at and a Customer Service representative will assist you with a resolution.

      • Refunds & Exchanges are available on most purchases.  Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising.  Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • Any items purchased under the Sale section or marked on Sale are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
      • All Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
      • Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
      • Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
      • We are not liable for lost packages without tracking.
      • Blvnk Headwear is not responsible or liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.


        PERMANENT MARKDOWNS: As permanent markdowns can occur at any time we gladly offer customers a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase.
        In order to obtain a price adjustment on any item that has been marked down and added to our "Sale" section please contact by e-mail at  within the fourteen 14 day window.  Please include your order number in your email message.  Once confirmed we will gladly refund the difference back to your original form of payment.
        PROMOTIONAL MARKDOWNS:  Promotions and other special offers occur all the time and are temporary.  Items purchased with a promotional discount or through any form of promotional offer are not eligible for price adjustments under any circumstances.
        EXCHANGES: The original discount or promotional code only applies to items where the same style originally purchased is being exchanged for a different color or size. If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount from the original style purchased cannot be transferred to the new style.
        Bulk/Quantity Order EXCHANGES:
        Partial returns of orders placed with a bulk or quantity discount are eligible for exchange only.  

          YOU HATED IT:

          If you simply hated your headwear purchase, or us as people, or any combination of those.  While this clearly hurts our feelings, just let us know at why you were not satisfied and we will gladly refund your purchase price & you can keep the piece*... give it to a friend who might enjoy it more than you thought you would. 

          * OFFER ONLY AVAILABLE on Single Item Purchases on by Signed In Accounts. We reserve the right to terminate any & all accounts deemed abusive of the refund policy without notice. 

          Once your refund request is verified and processed by our returns department the original purchase price of your returned item(s) will be credited back to your original form of payment.  Allow approximately two weeks for processing.
